Our team is seeking to add one more coach to our coaching roster. Each coach covers 2 to 5 Trout practices monthly at the Georgia Tech CRC. We structure this in a way to make coaching feasible for swimmers who are also attending university or working professionally in fields outside swim. We pay coaches $50 per session. Coaches also receive a complimentary team membership.

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18
• Availability to fill in at least 2x times each month for our regular swim coaches. Our practices are Sundays at 10:30am, evenings at 7:30 pm, and one weekday morning practice at 7am. See our regular practice schedule here.
• Support for the LGBTQ+ rainbow

+1 for...

• A background in USMS, College Club or Grown Up Swimming
• Prior coaching experience
• Some level of familiarity with running practices on multiple intervals
• Prior competitive swim experience at an advanced high school level or at a college level and/or
• Prior experience teaching swimming at an intro level.
