Our team is seeking to add 3 new coaches to our coaching roster. Each coach covers 2 to 5 Trout practices monthly at the Georgia Tech CRC. We pay coaches $50 per session. Coaches also receive a complimentary team membership.

Our three open positions:

• Sunday 10:30am-noon position (begins May 2026)
• Wednesdays 7:30pm-9pm (begins March or April 2026)
• Floater position fill in 2x monthly (open now)

Requirements:

• Minimum age 18
• Support for the LGBTQ+ rainbow

+1 for...

• A background in USMS, College Club or Grown Up Swimming
• Prior coaching experience
• Experience swimming running practices on multiple intervals
• Prior experience teaching swim at an intro level
• Prior competitive swim experience at an advanced high school level or at a college level and/or
• Available to attend USMS coach training on March 1 2026.
