Hi everyone, Peachtree City Pentathlon registration is open! I'm waiting to register, but I plan to swim the Sprint pentathlon. On Saturday 9/12 the meet will run approximately 11am-1:30pm (10:30 warmups). Please consider staying after for the annual meeting  after, which will be held around 1:30pm or 2pm. It's a good way to meet people. Augusta's Barb Ingold will be running for one of the open At Large positions.

Staying in the water during the August CRC closure:

• We have open water this upcoming Saturday! Sign up on ZP. 
• We have printable Trout workouts available to take to the pool!
• Pool options:
  • A reminder Washington Park and Rosel Fann in addition to MLK. Washington is open Mo-Fr 8am-2pm / 3pm-6:45 pm and Saturdays 12pm-4pm. If you'd like to call to check hours: 404-658-1436.
  • Grant Park Pool is open Sat 8/15 and Sun 8/16 12:30pm-7pm. (GP will also be open the next weekend, but Summer Shade complicates parking.) 
    • The informal Friends of Grant Park Pool will have a very very informal event at Grant Park this weekend to highlight the demand for lap swim. Just show up or sign up on this Doodle link.
